The OBOS Group also has a comprehensive housing development operation in Sweden, through the firms of OBOS Sweden and Kärnhem.
The homes are organized into more than 1 associated cooperatives managed by OBOS, which also offers services, maintenance and renovation. Of these, more than 90, are located in housing cooperatives aliated with OBOS. Second-hand homes in OBOS-affiliated housing cooperatives are sold through either this company or through other external estate agents. From being a body that carried out public housing policy, the organization today is now exposed to competition and works under the same basic conditions as the rest of Norwegian business and industry.

He is currently establishing an Analytics as a Service platform called Blue Glass that will bring together commercial remote sensing and big data analytics. A father of two daughters, John enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, cooking and anything that keeps him outside and active. Lily Xu is the controller of OGSystems.
She brings over 20 years of leadership experience in finance and accounting from both commercial and government contracting industries. Her expertise includes accounting system implementation, financial reporting, internal control audit, DCAA cost structure and compliance, federal and local tax fillings.
She received the Game Changer Award in in recognition of her outstanding achievement for transitioning the accounting system from QuickBooks to Jamis and building up the team to manage all financial activities in house. She enjoys gardening and finds it to be a very fulfilling and rewarding experience. He has over 25 years' experience as an Information Technology Professional within the full Software Development Lifecycle.
He has deep knowledge in architecting solutions in the User Experience Platform space with a key focus in Information Management, Discovery, Analytics and Visualization.
He is adept at defining and translating business requirements into robust, scalable solutions and managing the full life cycle of application development from analysis to implementation. Pat is especially focused on addressing business problems and developing solutions that provide cost benefits for the end-customer and the company. Pat received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from George Mason with a focus in 3D Modeling and Visualization.
In his free time, Pat enjoys fishing, boating, carpentry, and hanging around with his three kids, dog, and girlfriend. A native of the DC Metro area, Mr. Balkissoon's career in support of our national security began at an early age with an internship at the Naval Research Lab.
After graduating from Georgia Tech, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, he supported the Office of Naval Intelligence providing foreign weapons exploitation. A passion to protect our country, combined with a love of speed and efficiency, led Balkissoon and business partner Garrett Pagon to found OGSystems in With more than 13 years of experience in software development and systems integration expertise within the Intelligence Community, Mr.
Under his direction, OGSystems' VIPER Labs provides an integrated environment for tools evaluation against known mission threats, as well as insight on technology gaps. OGSystems then builds, augments, or extends capabilities for transition by partnering with venture capital innovators and other disruptive technologies. A dedicated husband and father of three young boys, Balkissoon can often be found on the athletic field coaching our future leaders.

Aarish leads all OGS strategic capture, and has served as the capture manager and lead for numerous proposal efforts. When he is not heads down in customer or partner engagements, Aarish enjoys tennis, Georgetown basketball, and globetrotting with his wife and two children. Lorinda Ayling is the Chief Services Officer for OGSystems OGS with over twenty-eight years of experience in executing and leading programs that deliver transformational and mission driven solutions to Defense, Intelligence and Commercial clients.
Lorinda and her husband spend much of their free time spoiling their two labs Merlin and Genie, cheering on the Redskins, and enjoying a good round of golf. Karl has over 25 years of Systems Engineering experience, and his expertise spans the entire acquisition and development lifecycle, with extensive experience developing technical and non-technical approaches to boost systems' mission impact. Key areas of expertise include architecture, integration, strategic planning, analysis, project management, and proposal development.
Karl lives in Centreville, Virginia with his wife and four children. He loves seafood and enjoys spending time in Ocean City, Maryland where he volunteers for the city's Department of Tourism. He was even recognized on a billboard for his contributions! He enjoys woodworking and has fully restored two 's-era Shopsmith woodworking machines.
Michael Becker is an Executive Partner and Chief Solutions Architect for OGSystems OGS with over thirty years of experience designing and leading enterprise transformation and mission driven solution efforts for commercial, venture-funded start-up, and government clients. Michael is currently leading OGS Geospatial Intelligence solution strategy and architecture, and enterprise transformation activities.
As the Mission Services Chief Engineer, Michael's primary responsibility is leading the design and execution of major agile enterprise transformational efforts at NGA. Michael enjoys biking, snowboarding, scuba diving and traveling with his wife Lori. Krupa leads all OGS intelligence analysis and solutions activities. As the lead for intelligence operations, Mr.
Laurie Ternes is a Managing Partner for OGSystems OGS , with over thirty years of experience providing creative strategic and operational solutions to national and military hard problems.
Laurie is a versatile and energetic program manager who values and promotes people, processes and technology. She has depth of expertise in systems engineering and integration, strategic planning, and intelligence operations. Mission accomplishment and exceeding customer expectations with quality products and services are her hallmark. She loves to do picture framing and she and her husband own a working farm in Ohio.
Rich has led major consulting engagements for IC clients focused on transforming their mission effectiveness through the improvement of business processes, organizational design, and the adoption of new technologies. He then served for 11 years as a reservist predominantly in the NRO before retiring at the rank of Commander. Rich enjoys spending time with his two daughters Gabriela and Daniela who keep him busy coaching on the soccer field and coordinating their hectic schedules.
D'Alessandro is the Operations Strategist for OGSystems OGS , and brings 25 years of experience in program, operations and engineering management for the defense and intelligence communities.
